Rewards & Benefits Specialist (Sr Staff / Staff level)

Our client, a leading global semiconductor manufacturer with operations in Thailand, is looking for an experienced Rewards & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the local Rewards & Benefits lead, HR team, and the global RB function to provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters
• Support day-to-day compensation administration, including annual salary reviews, variable pay programs, and job mapping to benchmark surveys
• Manage employee benefits: review offerings, ensure compliance and competitiveness, and contribute to global benefits design and implementation projects
• Analyze market data and deliver insights (cost analysis, range analysis, benchmarking) to support compensation and benefits decisions
• Advise HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on policy interpretation and implementation
• Identify opportunities to streamline C&B processes and enhance employee experience
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global benefits regulations
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices; recommend improvements
• Support C&B design, implementation, and review projects
• Assist in managing vendors and programs for cost savings and improved service delivery

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years focused on compensation and benefits, ideally in a multinational or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with market data, salary structures, and benchmark surveys (e.g. Mercer, WTW)
• Working knowledge of Thai labor law and benefits compliance
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good command of both Thai and English
