What You Will Do
- Own operations planning and controlling for OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) activities, ensuring demand, capacity, and output stay aligned
- Drive production planning, capacity analysis, and loading plans in coordination with manufacturing, supply chain, and subcontractor partners
- Monitor and control operational KPIs, analyze deviations, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business cases to support decision-making at site and headquarters level
- Support cost controlling, budgeting, and efficiency initiatives across operations
- Act as a key interface between local operations and global planning functions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Experience in operations planning, production control, capacity planning, or controlling, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, or OSAT environments
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, KPIs, and planning systems (SAP and advanced Excel a strong plus)
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work with international stakeholders
- A proactive, structured mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
