Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to maintain and improve quality controls across its manufacturing operations. The position will manage customer complaints, investigate quality incidents, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer complaints and non-conforming product notifications.
  • Manage internal and external Voice of Customer and Voice of Process quality issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related incidents.
  • Initiate corrective and preventive actions and validate their effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve quality-control procedures and production-line monitoring systems.
  • Ensure effective process controls are implemented and maintained throughout production.
  • Manage quality-control equipment and procedures, including maintenance, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R), and troubleshooting.
  • Support customer and internal audits when required.
  • Lead quality-improvement projects to strengthen process control, reduce quality issues, and improve production yield.
  • Prepare quality reports, investigation findings, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements

  • Thai nationality.
  • 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related position.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Strong data-analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, or other relevant automotive quality standards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, Why-Why Analysis, and the Seven Quality Control Tools.
  • Understanding of quality-control equipment, MSA, and GR&R.
  • Good computer, documentation, and reporting skills.
